Map Testing measures student growth and informs what they’re ready to learn next. By dynamically adjusting to each student’s performance, MAP creates a personalized assessment experience that accurately measures performance—whether a student performs on, above, or below grade level. Student are no longer being tested and compered to other students in their grade level, rather the focus is on what they know and measuring their growth.
We will now be having three testing periods during the year to measure each student’s growth. Test results should help you to distinguish the area of weakness your child has and help him/her in that area.
